Refund Policy

Effective September 30, 2026

30-day refund. If Notelings Premium isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of buying and we will refund the full $9.99. No long explanation needed.

How to ask

Email hello@notelings.app from the address you used at checkout, or include your PayPal order number. A quick note is enough.

What happens next

We send the refund back through PayPal. How quickly it shows up depends on PayPal and your bank or card, and is often a few days.
When the refund goes through, Premium switches off for that purchase. Your free progress, avatar, and badges stay on your device.
If you change your mind later, you are welcome to buy Premium again.

Charged twice, or something went wrong?

If you were charged but Premium did not unlock, use "Restore your purchase" on the Pricing section first. If that does not work, email us and we will sort it out quickly, or refund you.

After 30 days

We still want you to be happy. Write to us and we will look at each case fairly, especially if Premium stopped working for you.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your card company. We can usually fix things faster directly.
